th12 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the th12 platform. By registering or using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein. Please read carefully before proceding with registration or use.
These terms apply to all users in Malaysia who access th12 via the website or mobile application.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the th12 platform in any way, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please stop using the platform immediately and close your account if you have one.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and th12 as the platform operator. You must be at least 18 years of age and not prohibited by law from using online entertainment services in Malaysia to be eligible to use this platform. Users who register with false information or who are below the stipulated age limit will be subject to account closure without prior warning.
Th12 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current applicable terms.
Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on th12. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. th12 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm the validity of the information provided.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Do not share your login information with anyone, including family members. All activity that occurs on your account is considered to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the th12 support team immediately at [email protected].
General User Responsibilities
- Not using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Not attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems or security.
- Not abusing promotions, bonuses, or rewards programmes through dishonest means.
- Complying with all game rules and specific terms applicable to each section of the platform.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the th12 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users can make deposits via supported local payment methods such as FPX, TNG eWallet, and direct bank transfers through major Malaysian banks. th12 does not accept payments in any foreign currency unless first converted to MYR through an approved method.
All successfully processed deposits are final and non-reversible. th12 is not responsible for any delays or processing failures caused by the user's bank or third-party payment service providers. Users are advised to ensure that the bank account details used for deposits and withdrawals match the name registered on their th12 profile.
Withdrawal requests are subject to a review process that may take up to one business day. th12 reserves the right to delay or withold withdrawals for security review and compliance with the platform's internal policies. Any activity suspected of fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the accounts involved will be suspended immediately.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Th12 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances, without being required to provide detailed reasons or compensation:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Detection of fraudulent activity, manipulation, or abuse of the platform.
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
- Providing false or misleading personal information during registration.
- Use of the platform by individuals under 18 years of age.
- Account inactivity exceding the period specified under the platform's internal policy.
Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining credit balance may be forfeited subject to a review decision by th12. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team at [email protected] to process the request.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms

Th12 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses incurred by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or service disruptions caused by factors beyond the platform's control. This platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no implied warranties regarding errors, unavailability, or inaccuracies of information.
Intellectual Property
All content on the th12 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of th12 and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from th12.
Third-Party Links
The th12 platform may reference third-party services or providers for payment processing or technical functions. th12 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of such third-party services.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the th12 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels. Users agree that continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
